Mini Minutes is a festival project devoted to the presentation and support of independet low-budget videos.
We are looking for the small form, condensed artistic statements, the incidental, playful and pointed.
A movie theater becomes a laboratory for the transferal of the small format to the large screen. We are interested in all digital formats from Independent Productions.
